So I thought Christmas Eve was gonna suck. Turned out to be quite the contrary :D
The drives up to and back from Orange County weren’t bad at all. Went by much quicker than I remembered. I saw a bunch of family who I have not seen in years. It was nice catching up. I honestly thought it was gonna be a drag, but thankfully I was wrong. They broke out a guitar and started to sing Christmas songs. Ended up shaving a sing-a-long with more contemporary music like Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson, and Bruno Mars. If the lady playing and singing made Youtube videos, she’d be famous. Well, Youtube-famous haha. IDK if I’m related to her; I’ve never seen her in my life. LOL. Nonetheless, she was great. It was a quiet car ride home since my sister and dad fell asleep. Just me and my thoughts.
When I got home, James hit me up. Chilled with him and Brent. We walked to Darrin’s grandma’s house, which seemed to be out in the middle of bum-fuck nowhere to me haha. I’m just fat and out of shape =P Many LOLs were had. Fun, fun, fun.
Maybe all I really needed was just to get out for while to get rid of all the negativity I allowed in my life. I forgot how much the little things in life can turn your day around. Thank you to all the people who made tonight amazing… especially to a certain someone =)

Do you complain about people wearing pink ribbons for Breast Cancer Awareness? IT’S AWARENESS!! The internet has so much power to just open ones eyes and mind to what is going on today, and a small thing like this is what keeps change and goodness constant in the world.
